Two partners’ project, WINE-PRO – Digital twin for WINE fermentation PROcess optimisation, has been selected as one of the top 9 among 58 submitted for funding through the HIGHFIVE initiative. This selection highlights the project’s significant potential and relevance in today’s agri-food industry.
WINE-PRO project is an interdisciplinary cooperation approach to apply, consolidate and deploy a technology of digital twin to the wine sector with new system deployment in Puklavec Family Wines company. The main development goal of the WINE-PRO project is fermentation process optimisation with correlation to carbon footprint of wine products.
